The site was bought jointly between Three Pines and Hovi Developments.

This is a 9 acre site which when purchased included an old derelict battery farm, workshop unit and other various buildings.

Planning was obtained to develop the front of the site, turning the area of the old chicken farm at the rear back into meadow land.

The Development included:

• 16 houses which included a mixture of 2 x 3 bedroom starter homes.
• 6 dwellings replicating barn conversions as well as a number of larger houses, with the best being 5 bedroom houses with 4 bathrooms and also having ½ an acre of garden each.

The majority of the properties were purchased off plan and therefore design changes were incorporated to meet the buyers requests.
