- Rip out of existing showroom
- To create 3no WCs(Fully Tiled) including a kitchenette area
- Installation of 3 New Offices
- Install New Electrics and Plumbing creating
- Install New Heating and Cooling Systems, New Suspended Ceilings, New Carpets, Porcelain Floor Tile and Fully Decorated to Corporate brand image
- All of the above to suit the Land Rover Brand Corporate Identity
- New Automated Doors and Garage Roller shutter
Project 2 – Existing Triumph Showroom – Land Rover Workshop
- Refurbishment of Existing Showroom turning into a New Land Rover workshop
- Recommission existing Heating System, Removal of existing Suspended Ceiling, Additional Power/ Data requirements to all new Ramps provided by External Contractors,
- New formed Office Partitions and refurbishment of existing offices, Fully redecorated)
Project 3 – Exiting Derelict Building(s)
- The Existing Delict building are to be demolished and turned into an external open air Land Rover Forecourt
- External Works (Part all projects)
- Landscaping to Front Elevation
- External Painting Re modify all existing colours to New Anthracite to keep in line with Corporate Image
- Corporate Image Signage to front of house
