Three Pines Building Ltd previously completed this Double Storey Rear House Extension in Shropshire.
The project was to create additional, usable space to the ground floor sitting room with an extended area for dining. Installing large powder coated aluminium folding doors opened up two elevations of the house extension to a well presented patio.
Working as close as we can with the existing house, we built the extension from Brickwork to match, stonework to the plinth detail cills, heads, and quoins, finishing the roof with reclaimed Welsh slate to accommodate a seamless roofline and gutter system.
Main objective for first floor plan, was to create a dressing room off the Master bedroom, with a concealed balcony for all round year use, incorporating a frameless glass balustrade which you can overlook the beautiful views of the landscaped garden.
This project certainly had the WOW factor!
