Three Pines is back to business after the Christmas period with many new projects about to start.
Our prestige housing project at Fox Road, Seisdon is now completed and all of the project has been handed over with all 16 properties now occupied.
Our next housing development will be School Road in Tettenhall which is one of the projects in line to commence shortly. Updates on this will follow.
We will be closing for the Christmas holiday period at 12.00 on Wednesday 20th December and will re-open for business on Thursday 4th January.

As part of our Social Value commitment to West Midlands Fire Service, one of our valued clients, Three Pines made a donation that went towards the purchase of pet oxygen masks for fire crews to carry with them on their fire engines.
A visit by some very grateful recipients was made to the Three Pines offices.
Three Pines is pleased to announce that Graham Haughton and Neil Lerigo, who are already directors of the company, have now become shareholders of Three Pines.
Three Pines has grown considerably over the years which is testimony to the hard work and dedication of its’ staff and this latest development will undoubtedly secure the company’s success for many years to come.
Congratulations to our M.D., Alan Bradshaw, for receiving his Lifetime Achievement Award from the Federation of Master Builders for the Midland Region.
Alan received the award at an event held at Warwick Castle on Friday 23rd June for his positive contribution to the building industry, the FMB and his community.
He will now go through to the national awards in London in September.
Three Pines have been awarded its’ first contract for Birmingham City Council for the remodelling and refurbishment of Brookfields Primary School in Hockley, Birmingham.
The works are being carried out on the existing school to provide additional nursery places with the project consisting of the demolition of existing walls, thus forming new openings, provision of structural supports, new partition walls, toilets and all associated electrical, mechanical and drainage alterations.
There will also be external works including the provision of a new access ramp, fencing and tarmac to playground and car park areas.
Following on from February’s update the Bishops Percy House project is continuing as planned.
Approved windows are now being installed in the house and specialist plasterworks are well under way.
The majority of the demolition has been completed and reinstatement works are progressing well.
We are also close to putting a specialist roof on the new build properties.

Three Pines is pleased to welcome Trevor Marshall into the office where he has recently taken on the new role of ‘Small-Works Manager’.
Trevor has spent the last 18 months managing the site at Fox Road, Seisdon where Three Pines have been working alongside Hovi Luxury Homes on the development of 16 new houses.
He will now be responsible for running our smaller contracts.
Three Pines will be closed for our annual Easter holiday between Monday 17th and Friday 21st April.

In November we posted news of works being carried out in Albrighton for our client Bonningale Homes. At the time 5 cottage style townhouses were under construction at the rear of a 150 year old former blacksmiths cottage.
These 5 houses have now been completed with the new owners of one of the properties already having moved in.
